JenniferBakerCoach was established in 2006 and has delivered training and coaching to manufacturing and service industries, charities and education, covering a broad range of private and public sector clients.


Jennifer volunteers with AIME is a dynamic educational programme that is proven to support Indigenous students through high school and into university, employment and further education. AIME gives indigenous students the skills, opportunities, belief and confidence to grow and succeed tackling inequality across 20 countries around the globe.


In 2014, Jennifer was guest speaker for IGDs Leading Edge Event’s ‘Getting Started: Turn Knowledge into Action.’ 


Jennifer currently writes a monthly column for The Grocer magazine on Leadership and Management related topics.


In 2012, Jennifer was a Key Note Speaker at the Fresh Inspirations National Conference 2012 on Career Planning.


Jennifer also volunteered as Business Advisor with the nationwide Young Enterprise programme at Woodbridge School working with Year 12-13 winning in East Anglia and going on to represent the region in the Young Enterprise National competition.
